Our survey of the financial needs of community-based organizations revealed a need for 3 primary products: gap/bridge loans, pre-development loans and equity.
 
Our rollout product is a gap/bridge loan product designed to meet the needs of community-based organizations with short-term capital needs (less than 18 months) to fund high-impact projects in distressed communities.
 
Our product is designed to provide upfront capital to borrowers with  grant agreements that require that money is spent, before grant proceeds are disbursed, interim cash flow needs with pending payouts in later cycles of project development and other short-term capital needs. Our product was developed with you in mind.
